In your new role, you will lead technology transfers and continuous process improvement projects to ensure efficient and GMP-compliant commercial production. They work with global cross-functional teams and order manufacturers (CMOs) to prepare process validation and market launch of pipeline products. In addition, you will use your expertise to investigate and solve complex technical challenges in pharmaceutical production, thus ensuring process stability and reliable market supply. You will also use digital tools and advanced analytics to improve process efficiency and process understanding. With your expertise, you identify and implement data-driven solutions to optimize production processes.
