Are you an experienced process engineer*in who wants to face new challenges?

Become part of our MSAT team and lead complex global technology transfers, optimize pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, prepare market launches and drive innovations forward. As part of our MSAT team, you work at the interface between F&E and our global production network including external production partners and ensure robust and efficient production of fixed dosages.

In your new role, you will lead technology transfers and continuous process improvement projects to ensure efficient and GMP-compliant commercial production. They work with global cross-functional teams and order manufacturers (CMOs) to prepare process validation and market launch of pipeline products. In addition, you will use your expertise to investigate and solve complex technical challenges in pharmaceutical production, thus ensuring process stability and reliable market supply. You will also use digital tools and advanced analytics to improve process efficiency and process understanding. With your expertise, you identify and implement data-driven solutions to optimize production processes.

Master degree in pharmacy, pharmaceutical technology, chemical engineering or a related area Including experience in pharmaceutical solid production technologies and project management Technical understanding of production plants, their processes and their impact on product quality Embossed problem-solving and analysis skills as well as the ability to plan complex experiments, analyze data and draw conclusions. Experiences with digitalization, statistical software and the use of artificial intelligence are advantageous Flexibility and readiness to frequent travel abroad (continental and intercontinental) for a period of 2-3 weeks Agiler, dedicated team player with a proactive way of thinking Excellent English and German communication skills and professional experience in dealing with external partners
