The IT-operated department at the Würzburg site operates and monitors the entire IT infrastructure and all IT procedures of the Pension Insurance (DSRV) data centre and central services for all pension insurance institutions. We also ensure the exchange of data with social security in Germany and abroad. The team DevOps Services provides the necessary toolchains for the Java CI/CD pipeline with its employees in a trusted position to transfer developments to productive operation.

Create IT expert analyses, develop and implement automation concepts for the DevSecOps Lifecycle Planning, performing and coordinating IT processes in the DevSecOps environment Co-ordinating and developing CI/CD templates and CI/CD pipelines to build, test and deploy software components Monitor and control IT and IT applications as well as problem analysis and troubleshooting Planning, design and documentation of DevSecOp's processes and processing of customer requirements Developing, implementing and controlling IT security and quality assurance measures Management of and/or cooperation in project or working groups and bodies Ensure BSI-compliant architecture and stable business continuity management

A completed vocational training in the IT sector or a completed higher education (Bachelor, Diplom FH) in the IT sector or an equivalent qualification (e.g. IT-specific qualification) or comparable at least 3-year practical experience in the IT sector At least 2 years of practical work experience in the DevSecOps environment and DevOps work minimum 2-year job-relevant professional experience in the SOLID, OOD and/or TDD methodology Experience in the operation and construction of CI/CD pipelines and in the deployment of large software applications, such as GIT (GitLab/ Bitbucket), Jenkins, Digital.ai Deploy, JFrog, Instana, Tekton or ArgoCD Knowledge of container technology with Kubernetes, preferably with RedHat OpenShift Experience in configuration, administration and automation in the Linux operating system, for example with Ansible, Python or Shell Scripting Safe handling and sufficient experience with CVEs and static code analysis, preferably with tenable, JFrog and SonarQube or the GitLab DevSecOps platform Practical experience in the operation of LLMs and their scaling as well as in Agentic AI projects Ideally experience in API development for Jira Assets with AQL Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Good English knowledge of word and writing Own initiative and creativity in building new structures, openness for changes and a strong team and communication skills complete your profile
