We are looking for you as an IT service technician (m/w/d) for our client in Hamburg.

The position must be replaced by the option to take over.

Your profile

• completed vocational training in the IT field or comparable experience
• good knowledge of common Microsoft operating systems
• good knowledge in the hardware field incl. Peripheral devices
• good knowledge of German and English

Your duties

• Installation of operating systems and applications
• Participation in rollout and migration projects
• Provision of classic IMAC services: Install, Move, Add, Change
• End User Support/Instruction

• Data backups
