Intellectual Property (w/m/d) To support our Intellectual Property department, we are looking for a patent attorney (w/m/d).

Together with the R&E, You accompany innovative developments from idea to protection and identify proactive opportunities in the IP landscape. You work out patent applications for domestic and foreign countries. You conduct patent licensing proceedings before the German and European Patent Office. You advise inventors and decision-makers on questions of industrial property rights. You are also responsible for implementing DELO's IP strategy.

A completed study of chemistry or a comparable technical course A (excellent) admission as German patent attorney (w/m/d) and/or as European Patent Attorney (w/m/d) Professional experience in the industrial patent department or in the law firm environment is advantageous Designed analytical skills, abstraction and consulting skills Interest in complex technical and legal issues Very good communication skills and reliable knowledge of German and English
