This will help you: Technical advice and information of our member institutions – mainly by telephone – on all relevant topics of the social economy Strengthening the member network through the moderation of exchange formats, bundling of best practice projects and recognizing members' interests Preparation of negotiations with cost-holders, authorities and political bodies Implementation of calculations and calculations on cost-relevant topics of care Analysis of new legal requirements and development of concrete implementation aids Creation of practical work aids and information materials

Take this with you: Complete university studies, e.g. in , social management, health management, nursing management, nursing science, health economics, economic law/legal sciences or comparable qualifications, e.g. with leadership experience in nursing institutions or service and remuneration negotiators:in the case of cost-holders. Funded knowledge in social law, in particular in SGB V and SGB XI, as well as adjacent legal areas Secure handling of MS Office, especially Excel, Word and teams Ideally experience in association work, also in other industries High team capacity, communication skills and motivation to quickly get involved in new issues
