Tasks Your new tasks Discipline and professional leadership, development and control of a team of 2–4 facility managers including employee talks, target agreements, performance management and onboarding of new employees. Total responsibility for the team's supervised real estate portfolios including control, prioritization, escalation management and ensuring economic and qualitative performance. Planning and control of resources, capacities, holiday and representation regulations to ensure smooth operation. Consolidation, monitoring and reporting of budgets, key figures and building technical measures for the entire team. Management of cross-departmental projects and active cooperation with internal interfaces such as Asset Management, Competence Center, HR and other disciplines. Coaching and technical support of the Facility Manager as well as taking over the escalation function in complex technical, organizational or economic issues. Own-sponsored care of a property area with all operational, technical and commercial tasks of the facility management.

Requirements That's what you bring completed degree in facility management, engineering or comparable qualification; alternative Master's degree with relevant professional experience Multiannual professional experience as facility manager, ideally in the context of nursing or social real estate Leadership experience from team, project or discipline GEFMA certification or equivalent qualification of advantage Funded knowledge in TFM, maintenance strategies operator law, BetrSichV) and SLA management Safe handling of relevant standards and regulations: DIN 31051, DGUV V3, TrinkwV, VDI 3810, ArbSchG, Landesbauordnungen and QMS requirements according to § 113 SGB XI Person empowered to BetrSichV; Training VEFK of advantage Experience in handling CAFM systems (with us: Building One) management competence, enforcement capacity, organisational strength and cost awareness; Conflict, empathy and coaching mentality readiness to travel within the care area, driving licence class B
