Coordinate and maintain appointments: You prepare meetings before and after, set up protocols and task lists and make sure that agreements are not lost. You are on your side at important dates and location visits — both nationally and internationally. Organize business trips and location appointments: You plan and coordinate business trips, location dates and stays of the area management – reliably even with short-term changes. Coordinate interfaces: You are a central point of contact for internal and external contacts across different areas and locations. Configure Operatively: You prepare information and decision bases, accompany operational issues and actively promote improvements in processes and structures. Self-implementation: You recognize potential for improvement in processes, bring your own ideas into action and help continuously develop structures and processes within the field.

Education or studies: Commercial training or studies — ideally related to logistics, business management or management. Experience: You have already worked in an assistance or coordination function. Working method: You work structured, predictive and binding — and do not wait for you to tell you what to do next. Digital fit: You work safely with MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel. SAP knowledge and knowledge in handling AI are of advantage. Mobility: You have a class B licence and bring national and international readiness to travel. Languages: You will certainly communicate in German and English — in writing as oral.
