Acquisition of general assistance activities in administrative matters Support of team management in operational and organisational tasks Communication and coordination of acceptance appointments with purchasers (telephone and written) Creation and processing of acceptance protocols in cooperation with the purchasers Self-creation of presentations and general documents by appointment or by own preparation Responsibility for documentation and storage management (physical and digital)

Complete commercial training, e.g. as a real estate businesswoman, merchant for office management or comparable qualification – also a cross-entry with well-founded experience in real estate or construction is welcome Professional experience in real estate, e.g. in project development, customer support or in technical back office Safe handling of MS Office and IT applications Good English knowledge of word and writing Representative team and communication skills as well as a professional and binding occurrence towards the acquiring:inside and project participants Structured, reliable operation and a very good time and organization management
