Conceptual further development and operational control of the factory controller and essential factory-related projects Creation of ad hoc analyses and cost-effectiveness calculations, recommendations for action to prepare project decisions with work reference Up-to-date preparation, analysis and interpretation of relevant operating characteristics as well as continuous expansion of the KPI system Operational support of technical departments in the implementation of new processes Participation in the budget and rolling planning in coordination with the department manager Controlling Regular reporting to management

Completed studies with a focus on business, industrial engineering or comparable training Professional experience in the field of production/plant controlling and/or project controlling Very good knowledge in the field of SAP CO, PP and good MS Office skills Ideal knowledge of the REFA time recording method or other time recording method Analytical, systematic and independent and targeted procedures organizational design, readiness to use, readiness to travel, service orientation Team and communication skills, flexibility, enforcement strength and resilience
