Hardware management Preparation, configuration and management of IT hardware for our employees in Intunes Ensuring the availability and functionality of our IT infrastructure On and offboarding Planning and implementation of IT onboarding for new employees Organisation of IT offboarding at exits Provision and withdrawal of hardware and access Support First and second level support for internal employees Quick and solution-oriented processing of support requests Documentation of incidents and their solutions System administration Management and maintenance of Microsoft environment (Microsoft365, EntraID) Administration of SharePoint and Implementation of Automations Supporting VPN connections and virtual machines (VM) Network administration and monitoring Management and implementation of telephone systems IT security Implementation of cybersecurity measures Monitoring of IT security infrastructure Participation in the further development of our security standards

Complete vocational training for IT system administrator, studies in computer science or comparable 2-5 years of professional experience in IT system administration Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, especially Microsoft365, Intunes and EntraID Experience with SharePoint and Automation Solutions Practical knowledge of VPN and VM administration Understanding cybersecurity concepts and network technology Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Remarkable Affinity for startup environment and hands-on mentality

Experience in IT Service Management (e.g. incident, service request, problem and change management) as well as in the care of service catalogs, SLAs and Knowledge Base Ideally knowledge of ITIL-based processes Certificates (of advantage): ITIL 4 Foundation, ITIL 4 Managing Professional (optional) and manufacturer certifications in the Microsoft environment What you bring Problem-solving and structured operation
