In the course of the further development of the organization, an experienced operational leadership personality with comprehensive responsibility for production & logistics and engineering is sought, which stabilizes production performance, professionalizes structures and improves operational excellence sustainably.

Your mission As a production manager, you take over the overall responsibility for our literally unique production plant with about 200 employees in Berlin.

You report directly to the Executive Board of Swissbit Germany AG as well as the Group Management and are responsible for the operational management, performance improvement and further development of the production organisation.

The area of responsibility is currently in a transformation and growth phase in which clear operational management, structured processes and consistent performance control are required.

Total responsibility for semiconductor-based integration (advanced packaging) and electronic manufacturing in 24/7 operation. Management and further development of the production organization (Production, Planning, Logistics, Process Engineering, Maintenance, Quality Assurance) with several management levels. Direct management of production and shopfloor Responsibility for production program, capacity planning and OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) including layer model design and short/medium-term headcount planning. Establishment and continuous development of a lean, stable and highly automated production system (Lean, TPM, KVP, Six Sigma) Control of throughput, yield and quality improvement programs along the entire value chain Budget and cost center responsibility for manufacturing operations, including investment planning (CapEx) and cost optimization (OpEx). Close cooperation with R&D, Product Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Facilities and IT/OT to industrialize new products and scale capacity Preparation and control of ramp-ups (technology and volume scaling) Responsible support and co-design of the Shopfloor layout in the course of the upcoming site extensions Use of digital tools (MES, APS, SPC, Advanced Analytics) for data-driven control of throughput, yield, cycle time and equipment availability. Ensuring occupational safety, health and environmental protection (EHS) and compliance with all regulatory requirements such as export compliant and customer-specific requirements representation of the location to customers, suppliers, authorities and internal global stakeholders; Member of the local Site Leadership Team

Complete studies in engineering/natural sciences or comparable training. Multiannual, relevant leadership experience (min. 10 years) in microelectronic manufacturing, advanced packaging or comparable high-tech production environments with 24/7 operation. Detectable successes in Operational Excellence, Lean Production and Performance Strength Deep understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma and modern production systems including KPI cockpits, shopfloor management) in the standardized environment (IATF, ISO) Experience in working with MES systems and ideally with automated material flow systems Finded knowledge in semiconductor/packaging processes as well as in clean room environments are advantageous Embossed leadership and communication strength with the ability to inspire and develop a multi-layered operation organization (including layer and line lines). #Awesome #guidesFrom the front Analytical strength combined with pragmatic decision and implementation strength Very good knowledge of German and English
