As a working student in the field of Marketing & Communication, you can support our team for 12-20 hours a week, especially with the following exciting tasks: Content management: research and preparation of local content as well as localisation of global campaigns for social media posts and marketing sets for internal and external target groups. Quality assurance: Coordination of the Global Capability Center (GCC) in asset creation and control of internal release processes. Media Creation: Own production of local photo and video material (footage) for cross-media use. Website review: Regular updates as well as support in the bug fixation of Randstad Digital Germany web sites. Event Marketing: Support in the planning, organization and execution of client events and the creation of accompanying marketing materials.

You are in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, German Studies, BWL or Comparable and inspire yourself for modern marketing strategies, economic trends and the practical use of AI in everyday work. You work on your own initiative, are open-minded and do not have a bareness to actively engage people and take things into your own hands. Embossed communication strength and a good sense for different target groups are among your strengths. You will also prepare complex or technical topics in a comprehensible and structured manner. Ideally, you have already gained practical experience in planning or organizing events - whether in a professional environment or through your commitment to school, university or association projects. You are safe in dealing with social media and ideally bring first experiences in video and photo editing (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud), which is not a must. You bring knowledge of German and very good English in word and writing.
