Personal selection interviews: You conduct qualified talks at eye level, and you will set up sound recommendations for our departments on this basis. Enges Stakeholder Management: You advise your Hiring Manager as well as HR Business Partners and actively promote exciting employer branding projects. Sustainable talent pool: You build a strong network and provide valuable contacts to potential new employees for the future.

Your educational path: An economic study is a great basis – but a comparable qualification with a focus on staff is also a plus. Your strengths: You convince by your professional appearance, your high commitment and your structured way of achieving your goals independently. Strong empathy: A high level of empathy characterizes you in communication as well as your negotiation skills and your analytical skills. Your experience: You already have two to three years of experience in recruiting and know yourself well with sourcing tools like the LinkedIn Recruiter. Digital Competence: The handling of MS Office and modern ATS systems is easy for you, with your work complemented by your AI skills. Secure communication: You communicate in very good German and good English.
