The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

The SOS Children's Village Niederrhein is active in child and youth assistance, vocational education and counselling. We take care of children, young people, adults and families in special situations of life. Our facility is represented at the Niederrhein in Kleve, Kevelaer, Emmerich am Rhein, Geldern and Duisburg with more than ten locations. Around 300 employees help, support and accompany 2,500 people, participants and visitors.

At the SOS-Kinderdorf Niederrhein we are looking for a Senior Consultant (m/w/d) in permanent employment, full-time or part-time (min. 19.25 - max. 38.5 hours/Where.)

The SOS-InKita is a modern, five-group day care facility in the centre of Kleve – with a crib group and an open view for inclusion and diversity. Your tasks include: Planning and organization of everyday pedagogy: They create a varied, loving daily routine that is oriented towards the needs and interests of the children Implementation of early childhood education: They promote children in their linguistic, motor, social, emotional and cognitive development – with creative, age-appropriate methods Care and support of children U3 and Ü3: They give the children security, orientation and support in their individual development process Implementation of care activities: With care you take care of body care tasks and pay attention to the physical well-being of children Monitoring and documentation: They use educational observation methods to determine and reflect the development steps of children Participation in team meetings: You are actively working in the team, bringing your perspectives and developing our kita together with your colleagues. Participation in the conceptual development: They reflect existing educational approaches and develop new ideas to continuously improve our work Educational partnership with parents: They maintain a professional, trusting exchange with families and understand themselves as a companion in child development Ensuring child protection and care: They act attentive, sensitive and responsible for the well-being of the children entrusted to you
