• Strategic and operational management of Property Management; Development and implementation of the R&S-Property Management Strategy

• Leadership, development and resource planning of the Property Management team with currently 5 employees

• representation to tenants, authorities and service providers

• Responsibility for the operational management of a high-class real estate portfolio (rental care, lease contract and additional cost management)

• Management/Development of Budgets, Forecasts and Regular Reportings to Asset Management and Management

• Control and monitoring of technical operations, maintenance, maintenance and preventive maintenance plans

• tenders, contract negotiations and performance management of external service providers; Ensuring compliance with SLAs

• Implementation and control of operating expenses and receivable management

• Implementation of sustainability/ESG measures

• Introduction and further development of digital processes and tools for increasing efficiency (e.g. CAFM, IoT, tenant portal)

• Continuous process optimization, standardization of processes

• Completed studies (e.g. real estate, facility management, civil engineering, BWL) or equivalent commercial/technical training with corresponding professional experience

• Multiannual professional experience in property management with proven leadership experience

• Impressed leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams

• Loadability, decision-making, enforcement and hands‐on mentality

• Experience in Budget Responsibility, Reporting, Cost Controlling and Control of CAPEX Projects

• Finded knowledge of rental contract law, operating costs management and technical building management

• Versified handling of CAFM systems (iX-Haus), MS Office (in Excel), affinity for digital solutions and data analysis

• High levels of communication and negotiation, service-oriented appearance towards stakeholders and management

• Analytical thinkability, high number affinity, structured and result-oriented working

• Experience with the implementation and optimization of digital processes in property management is desirable

• German and good English skills (depending on the business environment)
