Central turntable: You serve our telephone center and are the friendly face (and voice) of our company for customers and partners. Digital organization: You manage the central e-mail mailbox of Engelsmann and ensure that enquiries land quickly and precisely where You are needed. Data management: The entry of enquiries as well as the placement and care of new customer master data is in your hands. Active sales support: You can customise offers. For larger projects, you work closely with our field service. Change of perspective: You develop into an important interface between external services and internal services and support the optimal coordination of both areas.

Communication strength: You know German safely in word and writing and also have good English knowledge. Sales gene: You are happy to phone and professionally handle customers. Structure: You work conscientiously and keep an overview even with high work volume.
