Caretaker (m/f/d)

From 01.04.2026 we are looking for a responsible and technically versed Housemaster (m/w/d) in our Mr. Gera-Bieblach, Johannes R. Becher Str. 1 in permanent position or on an independent basis (30-35 hours/week).

The medical house in Gera-Bieblach offers our reliable health partners in Ostthüringen a common roof. More than 20 doctors work in the various practices, and in many institutions there are service providers and product providers from the field of wellness and health.

Your tasks:

• Open house entrances before service start 06:30
• cleaning and disposal of certain building areas (teaching, winter service, mowing grass, removal of walking paths and maintenance of outdoor facilities)
• Reading of counter readings
• Informing the management about any defects or need for repairs
• Design of small pieces
• Coordination of external craftsmen/service providers in close cooperation with the house administration/management

Your profile:

• Experience in mastery or craftsmanship
• Vocational training in a craft occupation desirable
• physically demanding activity, appropriate physical fitness is required
• Car guide ticket
