You run through all items of the hotel kitchen (warm kitchen, cold kitchen, breakfast) and gradually take on independent tasks in the daily business You get to know all the processes and implement them structured and reliable in everyday kitchens You prepare food, assist in production and take individual steps increasingly independently You appeal to food and develop an understanding of quality and presentation You have first contact and work service-oriented in interaction with the team You keep hygiene rules (HACCP) consistent and connect practice in operation with the knowledge from the professional school

Successful completion of school as well as knowledge of German at least B2 level (must criterion, among others for vocational school) Interested in cooking and training in the kitchen, as well as pleasure in dealing with people and international guests willingness to work shifts and weekends as well as active cooperation in the operating kitchen everyday; a minimum age of 17 years, as shiftwork is provided from the second year. Ideally first contact points with hotel or gastronomy Basic knowledge of English for everyday working in the international environment You will fit us if you are reliable, ready to learn and resilient, as well as real interest in cooking and practical teamwork.
