Development and implementation of a holistic marketing strategy that strengthens brand positioning in the financial sector Conduct sound market and buyer analyses to identify trends early and derive targeted product solutions Development and implementation of convincing Go-to-Market strategies for new and existing financial products Close cooperation with product management, sales, digital marketing and operations to ensure consistent brand and product communication Analysis and optimization of relevant marketing KPIs to increase ROI and enable data-driven decisions

Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related subject Multiannual relevant experience in product marketing or product management, ideally in financial services or related industries Experience in managing and moderating cross-departmental teams and projects Detectable successes in the development, implementation and analysis of marketing strategies Strong analytical skills and experience in dealing with marketing analysis tools Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal Ability to align marketing, product management and sales to a common, customer-oriented vision German and English knowledge in word and writing
