As part of the management team of the sales region, you are responsible for the professional management and management of the securities business of the region. You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of the team management asset management. Together with executives and branches, you actively develop the asset business of the region and act as an impulse provider as well as Sparring partners at eye level. In close cooperation with the management of the sales region, you will participate in the management of the market area leaders. You take active interface management in relevant projects and interface areas. In your role, you accompany and coach the region's sales executives and employees, and you are critical of the sales qualification and compliance of regulatory requirements in the securities business. The support of top customers from € 5 million in securities volume in close cooperation with the portfolio specialists is in your hands.

In addition to an apprenticeship as a banking businessman/businesswoman, you have further qualified as a banking business owner or a bank-related degree. Multiannual experience in advising wealthy customers with a focus on the securities sector as well as leadership experience. You are interested in healthcare and convince by a sovereign and competent appearance, good negotiation skills and a high sales and final orientation. Market developments, innovations and regulatorics will be followed with interest and commitment. You work structured as well as binding and your strategic thinking skills, a high level of securities competence and your communication strength complete your profile. You have the necessary expertise in accordance with § 1 WpHGMaAnzV.
