Responsibility for the administration and further development of modern VoIP telephony solutions within the Talanx / HDI Group Control and support of core systems such as Microsoft Teams Telephony and Mitel Unify Secure Cloud / OpenScape UC Consultation and support for national and international clients – including in English – in the optimal use of our solutions Ensuring a frictionless operation including its own shares and coordination of external service providers: Designing innovative projects, e.g. when expanding the Genesys Cloud CX Contact Center

Successfully completed training on the subject:in system integration or completed studies of communication technology or (economic) informatics or comparable quality Knowledge and practical experience in setting up, controlling and optimising VoIP systems Ideally, experience in the field of contact centers or high mode of working in this environment Analytical thinking, communication strength and joy of team-wide cooperation in agile context Very good knowledge of German (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2) in word and writing No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
