Clerk - Debt Collection / Receivables Management / Paralegal (m/w/d)

We are a large well-known service company in the field of receivable management based in Hamburg. With around 250 employees, we work for companies from many industries, including telecommunications, shipping, banks and insurance companies.

You answer as the first contact person by telephone and written requests from debtors:inside, debtor representation, enforcement bodies and contracting entities:inside, weighing further escalation levels and risk assessment You also act as an interface to the law firms we have appointed You use your own decision frame daily within your mandate You work with their own suggestions about your work area in process optimization You can develop a focus on your skills after the completed incorporation; a special list function can be the next step on your career manager

You have a successfully completed training for lawyers or Kaufmann Office Management with additional qualification “Inkasso or Asset management’ or comparable training You have at least one year experience in receivable management You are characterized by a direct and service-oriented customer dialogue You like to work in the team and enjoy a dynamic IT-focused work environment
