Self-employed, on-time and self-responsible creation of the monthly wage/ salary bill with the associated final work for a defined group of employees Input, update and maintenance of personal master data and other accounting data Support in the construction wage billing including SOKA construction and painter's bank Contact person for operations in occupational retirement provision Review and compliance with statutory provisions in social security and tax law Contact person in all billing, wage tax and social insurance issues Correspondence and communication with financial offices, health insurance companies, social security institutions and other authorities Support of the time recording system (FINK) Compilation of DEV notifications and certificates, evaluations and statistics Processing of pay ments and creation and management of the associated third-party debt declarations Participation in annual work Support for wage and social security checks Responsibility for the account clarification and voting of the wage and receivable accounts

(m/w/d) or a comparable training or qualification in the field of wage/content accounting Multiannual extensive professional experience in wage accounting Experiences in building wages desirable, but not condition Knowledge found in pay billing as well as in pay tax, social security and labour law Secure handling of common billing program (SAGE) Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Discretion and reliability Team and communication skills Embossed customer and service orientation
