Job description As part of the IT-Area Life in the IT/Digitalization department, you take over the Chapter Lead role for the agile team of BREs. In the two Tribes Life Run and Protection & Savings Tribe, these focus on the design, design and testing of our business processes of retirement and risk protection products. The BREs move around our standard software components. These include the Life-Factory as well as the Fund Management

You define standards and guidelines for the chapter and develop the chapter identity You take the disciplinary leadership and tax the chapter members methodically You actively promote the professional and technical development of your team and ensure their continuous growth You are actively working in a squad to get practical experience. You support Product Owner and the IT Area Lead in organizational transformation.

Complete study or relevant professional experience in IT At least 2 years of experience in requirements engineering or business analysis, ideally in the insurance industry leadership experience and/or motivation as well as commitment to the further development of team members and the promotion of their skills Analytical thinking and excellent communication and moderation capabilities
