Bakery branch manager (m/f/d)

As a production subsidiary of the EDEKA Minden-Hannover, Schäfer's supplies around 750 operating counters for baked goods in the EDEKA Minden-Hannover sales area and supplies many SB back stations of the EDEKA group with high quality baked goods throughout Germany. These are produced at three locations in the sales area.

You are responsible for the work processes from the product disposition, delivery and storage to the sale of goods and set meaningful priorities. You ensure compliance with economic indicators and carry out the inventory. With joy and passion, guide and motivate your team and take over personnel deployment planning. You go to the wishes of our customers and sell them with enthusiasm the fresh and high quality products of Schäfer ́s. You work according to the quality requirements and other legal regulations.

You are trained in bakery or retail (e.g. specialist seller or specialist retailer in food crafts) – a “cross-start” is also possible. You have fun dealing with customers You bring goods and assortment knowledge in the bakery sector, as well as sales experience at the operating counter. You understand how to think and act economically and already have experience as a branch or department manager. You communicate transparently, are empathic, creative and make independent decisions:
