Your tasks:

• Communication with suppliers and the internal parties departments (delivery management, production interfaces, Logistics coordinators, warehouse operators)
• Anticipation of Missing Parts by Analysis and Support of digital tools as well as taking the necessary measures to ensure that the deadlines for storing with the Timetables for aircraft production match
• Coordination of lead times in cooperation with Airbus Procurement and Airbus locations to meet the Production requirements
• Introduction of the necessary activities and takeover Responsibility within the supply chain to the material flow accelerate and material availability at the desired date to ensure
• Use of Airbus ERP systems (SAP PDA/PGI/PEA) and care current master data and use of other specific tools
• Proposals and introduction of corrective measures to improve the supply chain sequences

Your profile:

• Complete degree in engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain/ Logistics comparable qualification
• Over a year of professional experience in purchasing, Supplier Management and Supply Chain/ Logistics
• Good knowledge about SAP
• Knowledge in Google Workspace
• German and English skills
