In your role, plan and control the dispatch processing and delivery processes of regional and supra-regional shipping You are also responsible for the placement of the stock orders after availability of resources (capacity check) You also take over the coordination of the goods input process in the form of the control of the feed transports and the goods input bookings In addition, you are responsible for purchasing transport capacities and monitoring the transport process You conduct negotiations with forwarding and freight providers You run and control external service providers and are in regular exchange with internal departments (e.g. planning department, sales etc.) You monitor all schedules, ensure timely delivery and compliance with performance promises to customers and sales You are responsible for managing freight tasks, as well as auditing and data management in SAP
