We are looking for an experienced building manager (m/w/d) to implement our infrastructure projects in civil engineering. Support our team in quality execution on site and ensure that planning becomes a reality – directly in Dortmund.

Participation in the execution planning and monitoring of the projects (channel and Construction of engineers Creation of performance directories Technical examination and evaluation of entrepreneurial offers Participation in the award of construction services Own-sponsored support of the construction measures, from construction instruction to deduction and final calculation

Completed studies in civil engineering or comparable training Multiannual experience in construction monitoring, preferably in civil engineering Knowledge of project management and engineering standards (VOB, HOAI) Leadership, enforcement and organisational capacity Min. C1-German Secure handling of MS Office and design-specific software tools
