You build an integrated SIOP process (Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning) and continuously develop it to ensure an optimal balance between demand, stocks and capacities You take over the end-to-end capacity planning for warehouses, fillings and transportation and optimise our logistics network through data-based scenario analyses and business cases You are responsible for increasing operational excellence through the initiation and management of projects for the automation, standardization and digitization of logistics processes By means of a KPI management and reporting you build (e.g. Forecast Accuracy, OTIF, Cost per Order) you monitor the performance, conduct measures and make the success of our supply chain measurable As a central interface between sales, purchasing, finance and operations, you set up Silos and establish a cross-functional planning culture based on data and transparency

Successfully completed business or technical studies (e.g. supply chain management, logistics, BWL) and multi-year experience in supply chain management, ideally in e-commerce or trade Detectable successes in the introduction and control of SIOP/S&OP processes Embossed understanding of complex relationships Analytical skills in handling planning tools (e.g. SAP IBP, Anaplan or the like) as well as advanced Excel and/or PowerBI knowledge Strong communication personality and powerful stakeholder management German and English language skills in word and writing
