As a Calculator:in (m/w/d) Elektro, you will accompany our projects in Berlin from the first project idea to the offer tax and take over the following tasks: You accompany projects already in the early development phase and support the offer skalkulation in the field of electrical engineering. Together with the project management, you will determine the project-specific building plan and develop economic solutions. You examine tender documents, evaluate technical requirements and clarify open points with contractors and planning partners. The creation and processing of performance directories for electrotechnical plants is your responsibility. You develop special suggestions, optimizations and technical alternatives to increase economic efficiency. You coordinate cooperation with internal specialist departments and external planners and subcontractors. In addition, you support the specialist purchase in offering evaluation and award preparation.

Graduate in electrical engineering, building or energy engineering, or a comparable training with further education to the technician:in (m/w/d). Occupational experience in the calculation, planning or project execution of electrotechnical plants is advantageous. Knowledge of the handling of tendering, procurement and billing programs, ideally RIB iTWO. Technical understanding of electrotechnical systems in demanding construction projects. Negotiation skills, enforcement ability and a pronounced cost awareness. Self-employed, structured and careful working, team skills and commitment.
