Conception and implementation of SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) solutions for customers from different manufacturing industries. Analysis and optimization of manufacturing and shopfloor processes as well as translation of business requirements into scalable digital manufacturing solutions. Configuration and implementation of SAP-DM functionality such as production execution, order management, traceability, quality management and resource coordination. Support in the integration of SAP DM with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP and Shopfloor systems, including machines, IoT devices and automation platforms. Conception and implementation of data-driven production scenarios for real-time monitoring of production, analysis and continuous improvements. Presentation of customer workshops, acceptance of requirements and development of solutions concepts and implementation roadmaps. Working in end-to-end implementation projects with SAP DM – from design and configuration to testing to go-live and hypercare. Support for presales activities, including demos, architecture conception and effort estimates. Knowledge sharing in the team and contributing to the continuous development of the Digital Manufacturing Portfolio and Best Practices at Syntax.
Found experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Digital Manufacturing solutions. Practical experience with SAP Digital Manufacturing (SAP DM) or related SAP manufacturing technologies (e.g. SAP ME/MII). Very good understanding of manufacturing processes, production logistics and shopfloor integration scenarios. Experience with the integration of manufacturing processes in SAP S/4HANA and with production data flows. Knowledge of Industry 4.0 concepts, including connected machines, IoT integration and real-time production analyses. Experience in SAP implementation projects with agile or hybrid project methods. Designed analytical and conceptual skills and a structured and solution-oriented way of working. Very good communication skills and experience in stakeholder management in an international environment. Current knowledge of German and English.
