Foreman in Structural Engineering (m/f/d)

As a polier in the construction engineering (m/w/d) at SPITZKE, you are responsible for the organization and coordination of the construction site and for the monitoring and control of the construction work. With your passion for concrete and steel in conjunction with constructive engineering, you are right with us. Responsibility: Conducting all tasks for engineering buildings, ideally in connection with road construction Planning: Responsibility for the economic planning of personnel, equipment and materials, as well as the coordination and monitoring of subcontractors Data: Documentation and creation of hand dimensions and billing diagrams after surveying Safety: implementation of work safety and environmental protection measures

Qualification: Tested polishing (m/w/d) in the field of high and low construction with the field of concrete and reinforced concrete construction or extensive professional experience in the above-mentioned field and ready for the next step of development Knowledge: Very good construction knowledge, especially in the organisation of construction sites, as well as in the coordination and monitoring of the construction design abilities: You lead your team with human knowledge, empathy and passion, meet development needs and support in teaching specialist skills to trainees Mobility: Car driver's license and willingness to work on weekends and assembly Communication: Very good oral and written knowledge in the German language or willingness to develop linguistically
