• They are responsible for the technical, legal and optical maintenance and maintenance of the property including all facilities and buildings.

• You act as a contact person for employees of the site and after-contractors.

• You can also run the team of the local masters (m/w/d).

• A further development in the field of fire protection is desirable.

• Ideally, you have already collected relevant professional experience in a similar position.

• Your profile is rounded off by secure knowledge in MS Office.
