• As a specialist (m/w/d), in the Agency function (administrative agent) in the Middle Office, you are responsible for syndicated loans (consortial financing), e.g. for the business segments corporate financing, project financing and export financing.
• They monitor the information obligations of borrowers in accordance with credit agreement, ensure further processing or Distribution to our financing partners and check and confirm payment requirements.
• Here you work closely with the responsible market areas as well as the credit administration (Paying Agency - Back Office) and accompany customer meetings alongside calls.
• In addition, you support the processing of wafers and Change requests and communicate with the consortium as well as our customers.
• On the relevant for the syndication and agency platforms (e.g. Debtdomain), organize and manage both the individual financing and the consortium partners.
