Reliable appointment organization: You coordinate internal and external appointments within the scope of the treatment and ensure a smooth operation. Friendly patient communication: You will answer inquiries, advise patients in matters and forward specific questions if necessary. Careful documentation: You record treatment patterns in the patient files in a structured manner and thus ensure complete traceability. Responsible accounting: You expect KV services as well as services for foreign self-payers correctly and keep in mind accounting policies. Structured practice organisation: You actively support speech-time planning, order required material and accompany patients in the treatment process. Engaged further development: You take part in training and participate in the organisation of internal events and in their own professional development.

You have completed training as health care and nursing staff, nursing staff, doctoral assistant or medical specialist. You work safely with orbis and the common office applications and use them routined. You show patience and empathy in dealing with people, even in communication barriers such as restricted language acquisition or the use of simple language. You bring the willingness to work continuously into new medical topics, especially in the field of adults with rare diseases.
