The interest in our advice is steadily increasing, so we are growing and are looking for other colleagues (m/w/d) who have fun in helping to deliver ideas and advance the team. Our tasks are diverse, varied and never boring. You will advise energy suppliers, municipal works and network operators throughout Germany, especially in North Rhine-Westphalia, Rhineland-Palatinate and Hesse.

Technical training, coaching and consulting: You train and advise our service customers on key topics of our in-house software solution such as billing, market communication, receivable management, accounting or customer service. From concept to practice: you design trainings, visualize content appealing and perform professional trainings remotely or locally. Projects that move: You support the introduction and further development of our software lima® and take on technical (partial) project management. Further development of our services: You will develop solutions for new topics and help develop lima®. Customer-oriented cooperation: You work closely with our customers, ensure their satisfaction and assist them.

Qualification: You bring a commercial or technical vocational training with additional qualification or a completed study in business, computer science, economic engineering or the like. Experience in implementing IT trainings and coaching: You have already successfully planned trainings or workshops in the IT and software environment, carried out and convince by your methodical skills. Project experience: First experiences in (part-)project management are beneficial and help you successfully support customer projects. Self-employed work: You work independently and flexibly, whether on site or in remote settings. Communication and consulting skills: Your strong communication skills, service orientation and your sovereign appearance make you an estimated response for our customers.
