Responsibility: You take over the advice and support of our customer base (with a focus on the construction industry) via phone, email and customer portal Tasks: You maintain master and performance data in our computer system and accept orders Cooperation: You agree to the processing with the disposition, disposal facilities and the invoice In focus: You create offers according to valid framework conditions (price list), edit complaints and guide if necessary. Immediate Knowledge: They assign waste to the corresponding disposal systems and conduct electronic detection in hazardous waste Support: They support our field service in the planning, design and new acquisition

Training: Ideally, you have completed commercial training and/or have corresponding professional experience Experience: knowledge in the field of disposal and/or construction Strength: Pleasure to phone and serenity, even if customers make a complaint to you Characteristics: A responsible and independent way of working Personality: A friendly and sensitive way of dealing IT knowledge: Safe handling of the current MS Office applications and quick incorporation into new EDV programs
