Your field of action: The EUREGIO-KLINIK is a comprehensive emergency provider that guarantees the acute and emergency care for the entire county of Grafschaft Bentheim. In order to further professionalise this important pillar of the hospital, the previous central patient intake (ZPA) is reestablished as an independent clinic for acute and emergency medicine with occupation of the position. In addition to the stationary and outpatient emergency care, the reception station with 8 beds and the elective patient reception of the clinic are assigned. The clinic for acute and emergency medicine has a very high professional expertise for interdisciplinary care. Your tasks: Management and organisation of the care of the clinic for acute and emergency medicine in coordination with the nursing director and in collaborative cooperation with the team management and the head physician of the department Ensuring and further developing professional, patient-oriented and quality-oriented patient care Ensuring an economic personnel deployment planning in compliance with legal requirements, collective agreements and operational agreements Development of processes within the work area and its interfaces Organisation and control in the field of junior research

You have a completed vocational training as a health and nursing worker(in) / health and child caregiver(in) You have further training for emergency care You have a degree in nursing management or a comparable qualification or have the willingness to complete them. Multiannual relevant professional experience in senior position High communicative and social competence You are strong, targeted and possess a strategic thinking power
