For our location in Mönchengladbach, we are looking for 10-20 hours/week support at the next possible time. After that, there is a chance of a full-time job. In addition to our headquarters in Detmold, we are present with our own companies throughout Germany and four other European countries.

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Structured collection, care and quality assurance of customer and contract data Preparation, storage and management of relevant documents in the context of our document management Support in creating offers, contracts and reporting appointment coordination, follow-up of open processes Participation in the optimization of internal processes and digital processes as well as project work in close coordination & cooperation with the field of operations

Studies in Business, Insurance or Economics First experience in administration or office activity desirable Very good knowledge and safe handling of MS-Office Self-functioning, pronounced care and accuracy as well as reliability Teamability, initiative and solution orientation
