Project Manager – Building Construction Projects in Industrial and Commercial Construction (m/f/d)

Our client is a high-growth construction company with around 1,000 employees and part of a leading European construction company. The focus is on high-quality industrial, commercial and logistics projects, often technically demanding with regard to special projects. For further reinforcement, we are looking for an experienced personality from the building, who manages challenging projects independently and wants to actively shape customer relationships. In this key role, you take over the management of technically demanding construction projects and contribute significantly to the further development of the Hamburg site.

Management and Management of Construction Projects in Industrial and Commercial Engineering in close cooperation with the relevant building manager (m/w/d) Responsibility for quality, dates and costs, as well as support by specialist building managers and super-monteures Active care of existing customer relationships and participation in the development of the network Close cooperation with clients, architects, specialist planners and internal interfaces Cooperation in the creation, evaluation and processing of offers and insights into contract negotiations Possibility to take more and more responsibility depending on the degree of experience

Complete studies in civil engineering or a comparable technical qualification Experience as project or construction manager in construction, ideally with points of contact with industrial or commercial buildings Clear and binding in communication – empathic in handling, safe in appearance Joy in taking responsibility, making decisions and actively shaping Entrepreneurial thinking and a way of working together teamwork and pragmatism
