Tasks

Own processing of creditor accounting, including the collection, control and accounting of accounts

• Review and coordination of supplier accounts and clarification of differences and disagreements
• Implementation and preparation of payment flows and monitoring of open items -Responsibility for the maintenance of supplier master files
• Support for the creation of monthly and annual accounts

Requirements profile

Professional experience in creditor accounting, ideally in the telecommunications industry or a similar sector

• Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel; Knowledge of accounting software (e.g. SAP) of advantage -Real, structured and careful working -High numerical affinity and good analytical thinking -Teamability, communication strength and a solution-oriented operation -Good German knowledge in word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
