Compensation & Benefits Strategy Participation in the development and implementation of global and regional remuneration and benefits strategies Conducting regular market analyses and benchmarking to ensure competitive compensation packages Coordination of the annual Merit Cylces from budgeting to approval Incentive and participation programmes Control of global ASMPT shares and bonus programs, including MBO plans, share grants and long-term incentive systems Cooperation with the SMT Board to implement and communicate these programs Global Benefit Management Design, implementation and communication of segment- and regional-specific Benefits programs Coordination of international shipments and coordination with relevant stakeholders HR support in the EMEA region Advice and support of local HR teams and business administration leads in the various EMEA countries Advising internal HR Business Partners and Executives as well as external contact persons on remuneration and benefits topics Ensuring compliance and implementation of standardized HR processes in different regions Data analysis & reporting Use of data analyses for sound decision-making in the field of Total Rewards and success control by developing and implementing reporting processes Provision of Insights on Remuneration Trends, Structures and Benefit Programs for Senior Management Project management at global level Leading and implementing global Total Rewards projects within the SMT segment Cooperation with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a timely implementation of strategic HR initiatives

Successfully completed studies in business management, human resources management or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in Compensation & Benefits or as a HR generalist in the international environment Expertise in developing and implementing global HR strategies, processes and policies Ability to present complex remuneration concepts Detailed orientation as well as professional and sovereign interaction with executives Knowledge of global remuneration strategies and international mailings High integrity, confidentiality and resilience in challenging situations Experience in leading small teams and change management projects readiness for occasional business trips and knowledge of German and English
