Qualification: Successfully completed vocational training in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering with further training as Master (m/w/d), Technicians (m/w/d), Specialist (m/w/d) or the willingness to acquire them Leadership experience: Ideally experience in employee management IT-knowledge & digital affinity: Secure handling of MS-Office, SAP-knowledge are advantageous, as well as openness to new technologies Customer Focus & Engagement: High customer and service orientation, commitment and responsibility awareness Organizational talent: organisational skills, solution-oriented thinking and passion in dealing with people and technology Mobility: driving licence class B or 3 and place of residence in the immediate field of use
