As part of our HR technology team within our People Consulting, you are advising our client nationwide on all topics related to the digital transformation of HR processes. You can do a variety of tasks: Innovative projects: As part of our HR technology team at one of our locations in Germany, you are shaping the HR future of our customers. Versatile advice: You advise national and international companies to implement SAP SuccessFactors & HCM Payroll and Time Management. Complete implementation: You work on the full implementation of innovative HR technology solutions - from strategy to roadmap to HR transformation. Leading role: You control and guide project teams independently and promote the motivation of your team members. Strategic development: You take Go-To-Market activities and actively manage our customers in the SAP HR environment.

Professional experience: You have several years of experience in consulting and project implementation, especially in the areas of Payroll and Time Management and are versed in the implementation of SAP EC Payroll and Time Tracking Solutions. Personality: You are an empathic personality with clear goals and a high customer orientation. In addition, you are characterized by analytical skills and a precise way of working. Competences: You have profound knowledge in project management and team management. Your oral and shameful communication skills in German and English correspond to the C1 level.
