In a first step, you take over the direction of the cemetery area. Then you actively shape the organizational cooperation with the area of green areas and develop common structures. In addition, the following activities are expected: You take over the technical, organizational and personnel management of the section ''Städtische Friedhöfe''. You accompany the planned assembly of the ''Städtische Friedhöfe'' group with the ''Städtische Grünfelder'' group and will take over the management of the group of experts. Furthermore, you are responsible for the economic, sustainable and legally safe performance of tasks. In doing so, you coordinate care, entertainment and development measures on the urban green and cemetery areas. You work confidently with internal and external stakeholders. You deal with conceptual and strategic questions and bring their own ideas to the further development of the area. You will also represent the area of responsibility for citizens, bodies and other stakeholders.

First of all, your personality: You like to take responsibility, lead employees value-estimating and binding and understand how to bring together different interests. You act in a solution-oriented, efficient and with organizational skill. You will also have a completed study in the field of landscape architecture, national care or a comparable discipline. You have knowledge in the field of green space, cemetery and municipal infrastructure management. You bring an economic understanding and a safe handling of organizational and administrative processes and are ready to actively shape change processes and take responsibility. Ideally, you already have first experience in a leadership position. You move safely in digital working environments and bring joy to use modern IT applications in practice. You also have German knowledge of at least level C1 (§ 23 VwVfG - official language) as well as a driving licence of class B.
