Successfully completed studies in architecture or civil engineering Ideally relevant professional experience in the areas of planning, costing, consulting or construction Extensive knowledge in handling cost group 300 (DIN 276), HOAI and VOB Great interest in the optimization and digitization, quality assurance, environment and ecology Fast conception associated with analytical and networked thinking Solution-oriented negotiation skills and good sense for people and facts Joy of interdisciplinary communication and team-oriented work
