Project Manager (m/f/d) - Plant Engineering & Investment Projects

As Project Manager (m/w/d), you work with the ADM business areas and cross-functional stakeholders to meet the expectations regarding project scope, schedule and budget for project implementation. To do this, you will lead a team of professionals to carry out various project initiatives within a matrix organization. You provide the quality of work on projects with a volume of 0.5-25 million. Your duties Development of comprehensive project plans including objectives, schedule, budget and resource planning Implementation of projects according to the ADM Front-End Loading (FEL) Guidelines Ensuring ADM security standards during project planning and execution Identification of potential risks and development of preventive risk mitigation measures Proactive communication of risks and changes in the scope of the project to all relevant stakeholders Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and ADM guidelines (accreditations, safety regulations, quality assurance, HACCP, GMP, HAZOP, HSE) Management/Motivation of the project team, promoting a cooperative and productive working atmosphere Main contact partner for all project-related topics Creation of monthly progress reports during all phases of the project – from concept and basic planning to execution and commissioning to handover, capitalization and project completion Coordination of the preparation of all necessary documents for commissioning, training, maintenance and legally prescribed documentation in cooperation with specialist planners Close cooperation with the Capex procurement and accounting team on budget planning and investment expenditure Results (KPIs): Achieving the defined project objectives and implementation within the agreed scope, schedules, budgets and quality standards in compliance with all safety requirements

Detectable experience in managing complex investment projects within a matrix organization Knowledge of the implementation of modernization, brownfield and greenfield projects, ideally in the chemical or industrial low/construction industry German and English language skills in word and writing Experience in cooperation with external planning offices and various contract models Structured and independent operation with high quality standards and hands-on mentality Funded knowledge in cost planning and commissioning processes of industrial processes Ability to control multiple projects in parallel and deliver results in a dynamic environment Secure handling of Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, AutoCAD as well as the common Microsoft Office applications are required Knowledge and experience in ATEX design and regulations of advantage Embossed communicative and interpersonal skills Loadability, flexibility and a proactive, entrepreneurial approach Your qualification Complete bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (depth/construction engineering, chemistry, mechanical engineering or process engineering) Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, IPMA) or standby for certification At least 3–5 years of professional experience in the management of several industrial or construction projects of medium to high complexity
