Processing of fault and damage tickets by third-party damage to the glass fiber infrastructure Documentation and tracking of damages Introduction and coordination of necessary destructive measures Communication and coordination with service providers, counties, municipalities and other external contact persons Compilation and preparation of damages and further calculations against polluters Indication of relevant damages to the competent authorities Implementation of post-checks and plausibility checks of the services provided Responsibility for compliance with defined processes in damage management

Completed technical, commercial or comparable training Experience in civil engineering, grid construction or infrastructure with a strong technical understanding Knowledge of the handling of ticket and documentation systems and databases High self-employment and self-responsibility Very good coordination and organizational skills Impressed communication skills and professional appearance towards municipalities, authorities and business partners Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
