Our client is an internationally successful manufacturer in the metal industry based in the Greater Neuss. In the exclusive mandate we support the company in the search for a 'Leiter Maintenance (m/w/d)'. In this challenging position organize and run the maintenance department with about 6 employees.

You have experience in maintenance - both in electrical and mechanical fields? In addition, have you successfully managed a team and are you confident in future-oriented topics such as TPM, digitalization, automation and LEAN management? (JBH/127654) Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of the maintenance department of approx. 6 employees Planning and control of preventive maintenance measures and further development of appropriate strategies and training for production employees Ensuring and optimising the machine availability and functionality of production facilities including close cooperation with div. Interface departments Control and support of technical projects and ensuring spare parts availability, supplier coordination and budget responsibility Sustainable process optimization and preparation and maintenance of maintenance documentation Implementation of modern maintenance approaches and collaboration on digitalization initiatives

Successfully completed technical studies or completed training with corresponding training Multiannual professional and first leadership experience with focus on maintenance management in the area of machining production Knowledge of modern, future-oriented maintenance concepts mandatory (TPM, LEAN) - also desirable knowledge in project management (Scrum, Agile) Experience in handling automation technology and common maintenance software (e.g. SAP PM) Enforceability, innovativeness and empathy and strong communication strength
