Together with the Diocesan Youth Guide and the Diocesan Youth Assembly, you shape the strategic orientation and content of the Maltese Youth at the diocesan level In cooperation with the Diocesan Youth Spokesman (m/w/d), you will start the budget and the financial report of the diocesan youth work and take care of the use of the funds according to the method You represent the Maltese Youth at the diocesan level in the public, at other (young) associations, cooperation partners (m/w/d) and at events as well as internally in the Malteser Hilfsdienst e.V. You organize and coordinate events, working groups or projects that you take over You feel particularly responsible for the further development and strengthening of the Catholic profile of the Youth Association In cooperation with the DJFK, you are responsible for the annual planning at diocesan level for the structural organization of the diocesan jugendreferates You identify yourself with our values and goals as a Catholic aid organization

You have experience in (binding) youth work and have educational qualifications You are flexible ready to work occasionally even in the evening or weekend You like to work in the team and appreciate the exchange and cooperation in groups You convince by a pronounced contact and communication strength as well as an open, safe occurrence You bring motivation and persuasiveness and understand how to win others for common goals An independent, structured and conceptual thinking and work belong to your strengths You have moderation and consulting skills, are conflictable and ideally bring leadership experience or willingness to take responsibility with You are experienced in office organization and administration and have good IT skills You have a valid driving license class B
